Carisse Taz Brown, aka "The Golden Child," is a rising force in women's boxing. Born in Lakeland, Florida, she discovered her passion at thirty-seven, attending college before dedicating six years to the sport. Known for her powerful punches and quick hand speed, Carisse boasts a record of 10 wins, six losses, and six knockouts.
Her boxing journey began as a stress-relief outlet when she returned home to care for her parents. Mentored by Laura Ramsey, Bonnie Canino, and Yvonne Reis, Carisse has traveled to Australia, Mexico, and Colombia for bouts, enhancing her skills. Notable achievements include winning the Golden Gloves in her amateur career and securing WIBA International and ABO regional titles as a professional boxer. Carisse Taz Brown's story is one of resilience and triumph in the competitive world of women's boxing. In January 2024, Taz was asked to join the TEAM COMBAT LEAGUE - ORLANDO VIPERS , which was to be televised starting in March of 2024. Taz time from March to October with TCL was intense!!
