With a background in media studies and hands-on production experience, she manages projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. Her work focuses on creating engaging, story-driven content that resonates with audiences.
LeDell Whitfield - Camera Operator and Production Assistant
LeDell Whitfield is a filmmaker and camera operator with over six years of experience capturing compelling visual content. With a strong background in video production, including work in church and live-event environments, he brings precision and attention to detail to every project. On Hit Like a Girl, he serves as Camera Operator and Production Assistant.

Courtney Ferrante is a Florida-based photographer and social media strategist with nearly a decade of experience helping brands and creatives tell their stories. Shelley Bradford Bell is an author, communications strategist, and storyteller whose work spans publishing, film, and nonprofit leadership. Her credits include Water from the Reservoir and Fighting for Respect, along with several published books. Based in Paris, she continues to develop narrative and nonfiction projects. She serves as Narration Writer and Grant Writer for Hit Like a Girl.

Spencena Dalmas is an artist and entrepreneur, and founder of Spencena Entertainment, a nonprofit organization supporting emerging talent. With experience in modeling, hosting, acting, and production, she brings a well-rounded perspective to the creative process. She serves as Production Assistant and Interns Producer for Hit Like a Girl.
Robert Hernaiz music composer & audio engineer/editor
Robert Hernaiz is a composer and sound production specialist with experience across film and post-production since 2012. His work spans short films, features, commercials, and documentaries. As Composer and Audio Engineer/Editor for Hit Like a Girl, he contributes to the film’s sound design and musical identity.

Iris “Cookie” Reyes is a Tampa-based filmmaker and Founder of the Tampa Bay Latin International Film Festival. She works across film and television as a Producer, Director, Line Producer, and Assistant Director. Known for her leadership and efficiency on set, she brings strong organizational and creative direction to every project. She serves as Assistant Director on Hit Like a Girl.
